1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LMSDeep platform and services ("Service") provided by KLİNİK TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LMSDeep is a digital medical education platform that provides:

• Mnemonic video tutorials for medical subjects
• Practice questions and quiz modules
• Smart flashcard systems
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Exam preparation materials

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Free-tier content is available without a subscription.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity on your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, fraud prevention, and tax remittance. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (3, 6, or 12 months). They do not auto-renew unless you explicitly purchase a renewal. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes calculated by Paddle based on your billing location.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day full refund for any subscription purchase, provided you have not extensively accessed premium content. To request a refund, contact us at admin@lmsdeep.com with your order details. Refund requests after 14 days or for extensively-used subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. See our full Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including videos, text, images, questions, and software — is owned by KLİNİK TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, record, or redistribute platform content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate other users or platform staff

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLİNİK TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside of our stated refund window.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
